2. Custom Quote & Booking

Once we understand the scope of your project, we’ll send you a custom quote and a breakdown of what’s included. Once approved, you’ll receive a contract and deposit invoice to secure your spot.

3. Creative Brief & Strategy

We’ll guide you through a simple briefing process to help define your direction, including brand values, audience, design style and tone. This forms the foundation for your project and ensures we're aligned from the start.

4. Design & Concept Development

Here’s where the magic begins. We’ll start sketching, designing and shaping your visuals - whether that’s a brand identity, a website layout, packaging, or an illustration. You'll receive a curated presentation of your first concepts, backed by rationale and direction.

5. Feedback & Revisions

We include two rounds of revisions as part of every design project. This is your chance to request tweaks and make sure everything feels just right. Need more than two rounds? No problem - additional changes are billed at $49/hr, and we’ll always let you know in advance before moving forward.

6. Final Delivery

Once approved, we’ll prepare your final files for print, digital, or development. You'll receive everything you need to move forward with confidence, including logos, assets, guidelines or website handover documentation.

7. Ongoing Support

We're here for you even after the project wraps. Whether you need design updates, ongoing creative support or advice on how to use your new assets, we're just an email away. Many clients continue working with us on a retainer or project-by-project basis.
